Returns and Exchanges
Each E.S.C.A.P.E. PATH® unit is inspected and carefully packaged in bubble wrap prior to shipping to customers. If you receive a unit that has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 3 days of receipt by email at email@example.com or by phone at 215-601-2456. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label; however, it must be returned to us within 30 days of original receipt. Once the unit has been received by us, we will send you a new E.S.C.A.P.E. PATH® at no additional cost to you.
